  1. General Information
    These Terms of Sale ("Terms") govern the sale of products by MOONSOHA ("Seller") to you ("Buyer"). By placing an order with MOONSOHA, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not purchase products from MOONSOHA.
  2. Product Descriptions
    MOONSOHA makes every effort to ensure that the descriptions and images of products on the website are accurate. However, we do not guarantee that product descriptions or images are error-free. If a product is not as described, your sole remedy is to return the item for a refund of the purchase price plus tax and related delivery charges, provided the product is returned in its original condition and packaging
  3. Prices and taxes
    All prices are in euros (€) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise indicated. 

  4. Orders and Payment
    Order Placement: Orders are accepted subject to availability. MOONSOHA reserves the right to limit or cancel orders for any reason, including but not limited to, errors in pricing or product information.

    Payment Methods: Payment must be made in full at the time of order placement. Accepted payment methods include credit cards and debit cards.

    Payment Terms: Payment is due upon order placement. Failure to make payment may result in the cancellation of the order.

  5. Shipping and Delivery
    Shipping: MOONSOHA will ship products using the shipping method selected by the Buyer at checkout. Shipping costs will be added to the total order amount.
    Delivery: Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. MOONSOHA is not responsible for any delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.

  6. Returns and Exchanges
    Return Policy: Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

    Exchange Policy: Exchanges are allowed within 30 days of delivery. The Buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

    Final Sale Items: Certain items, as noted on their product pages, are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or credit

  7. Limitations of Liability
    MOONSOHA is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the sale of products. The total liability of MOONSOHA for any claim under these Terms shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.
  8. Dispute Resolution
    Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved by negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be resolved by arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Chambre d'Arbitrage de Paris.
  9. Applicable Law
    These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
